UFC 92: The Ultimate is going to be a big bang at the end of the year, and while there’s another UFC Fight Night first, one can’t help but water at the mouth looking at the big three lineup for 92. With the interim title on the line between Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Frank Mir, the light heavyweight title on the line with champion Forrest Griffin taking on Rashad Evans, and a rematch(rematch) between Quinton”Rampage”Jackson and Wanderlei Silva it’s going to be an amazing card.

With a decent undercard this could easily be the best card of the year, and The MMA News expects tons of betting going on with these fights. Looking at the UFC betting odds you can see some interesting stat lines, including an even playing field between Silva and Jackson.

It’s hard not to feel that if Noguiera wins he should be the sole Heavyweight champion, but whoever wins will still have to face the other UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar to determine the undisputed UFC heavyweight champion. Still there’s plenty of “bling” on the line for UFC 92, though it’s hard to say if the title matches will equal the fan enjoyment from a third installment of Jackson vs. Silva which should be an old fashion standup battle.
