2 Months Ago, Bryoncé from bryonce (WordPress) says (in I knew this was some hype) Whilst all the other blogs slaved away constantly updating their sites with reports about the Tila Tequila Shawne Merriman saga, I chose to kick back and watch the “drama” unfold. From when Tila claimed to be allergic to alcohol, I knew this was some dumb sh*t.

And marcyac from machronicles.com says (in No Charges to Be Filed against Shawn Merriman!) San Diego Linebacker Shawn Merriman was arrested for assaulting Reality Star Tila Tequila last week, but it looks like no charges will be filed in this matter.  The DA’s office released the following statement:

“After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009 incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed. The case is now closed.”

Made A “Reckless Decision”) Just because the DA has made this reckless decision doesn’t mean that justice will not be served in this case. No one is above the law. Tila Tequila will immediately begin pursuing civil charges against Mr. Merriman and she will have her day in court.”
