Couture earned her first professional victory by pummeling an overmatched Lina Kvokov in the first round of their Strikeforce meeting at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., on Nov. 21, 2008. The victory came shortly after she had adopted K-1 superstar Ray Sefo as her new kickboxing trainer.

With the first collaboration between Strikeforce, M-1 Global, and CBS finished, one has to think that the respective companies are quite happy with the end results. Here’s our take on the night, in our usual column we call “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.” The Good Free, Free, Free.
