He's on a long trip to relax and do a little training. He had a chance to spar with boxing lightweight prospect Michael Katsidas and has some great shots of the wildlife (photo after the jump). Give Swick credit, it doesn't look like he gets much above 170 lbs. between fights.

Poor officiating and bad breaks overshadow good UFC card
Describing the Fight for the Troops card as a mixed bag might be the nicest terminology someone in the mainstream media uses to recap the event. The Josh Koscheck and Mike Swick finishes were amazing. IFL-import Jim Miller was devastating in mauling a solid lightweight in Matt Wiman.

Welterweight contender Josh Koscheck, who lost a tough bout to Thiago Alves on Oct. 25 at UFC 90, didn't let Swick, his American Kickboxing Academy teammate, get all the glory. Koscheck hammered Yoshiyuki Yoshida with a pair of right hands and scored a knockout at 2:15 of the first round.
