Chicago-native “Juno” producer Mason Novick, who is credited with discovering Cody, is on board to produce the film. “Jennifer’s Body,” by the way, is a reference to a song by the band Hole. Cody’s a fan of that band. On Tuesday, Cody wrote the following on her blog in reaction to the news: As for “Jennifer’s Body,” Hollywood Reporter adds some detail about the project.
