Raquel Welch & Eva Longoria Desperate Housewives Hookup
Raquel Welch has been trying to wangle a role on the popular Desperate Housewives since last season. There is renewed talk that the aging actress is slated to play Eva Longoria’s aunt in an upcoming episode. Longoria’s character will become involved with a new male character who is 20 years her senior this season, fueling speculation that the two scenarios might be connected. Raquel, now 67 , made a return to television on the short lived series Welcome To The Captain recently. She was cast as one of the eccentric residents of a Hollywood apartment building. Her character was a 52-year-old actress pretending to be ten years younger. The CBS sitcom debuted in February 2008 and lasted just five episodes before getting the boot.

Kelly Ripa & Family in New TLC Reality TV Show
Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos have just cinched a deal with TLC to co-produce and star in an unscripted reality television show. In fact, it may not be limited to just an inside view of their home life. The hype is that they have been hired to develop multiple projects. Ripa and Consuelos have three children: Michael, 10, Lola, nearly 7 and Joaquin, 5. The actress has recently signed a lucrative deal with Electrolux and has been featured in a national ad campaign. As co-host of morning talk show Live with Regis and Kelly, Ripa frequently shares photos and stories about her kids. Exposing them to reality television is a leap that she may ultimately regret. Time will tell.

Megan Fox Allure Magazine Photo Shoot April 2008
Megan Fox is one busy model. She has landed on the cover of any number of magazines lately, including Allure Magazine’s April 2008 issue. She has also done covers and photo shoots for FHM, Maxim, GQ, Arena and Jack. Fox began acting and modeling at age 13. She had a recurring role on Hope & Faith for two years playing the character Sydney. She has also had several guest appearances on Two and a Half Men and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen with Lindsay Lohan. Fox’s big break arrived when she acquired the lead female role of Mikaela Banes in the 2007 film Transformers. The actress has been cast in How to Lose Friends & Alienate People, staring Jeff Bridges and Kirsten Dunst. The release date is set for late in 2008.
