Linkin Park have added a second night of London's 02 Arena after their first date sold out.
The nu-metal titans will now play at the mammoth venue on January 29, after a show the previous night sold out in just hours.
Guitarist Brad Delson exclusively told NME.COM: "The recent news of our show at the 02 selling out almost immediately is kind of emotional for us because we've been able to play big shows around the world but to have that really dramatic response to an on sale was really special. We're excited to be able to add the second night now."
He continued: "I'm not just being polite, I really do love London in particular, when the weather's nice - we're spoilt because I live in Los Angeles. I love the culture, and we had a lot of support very early on from the UK and the UK's a tough place to crack, but it's been really great for us to have that support."
Delson also teased some of what fans have to expect from the tour.
He stated: "We've been able to integrate songs from 'Minutes To Midnight' with songs from our previous albums. We've even developed some music just for our live show so I think with 'Minutes To Midnight' we've finally graduated to become the kind of live act that can put on a really three-dimensional headlining set.
We like to work with our existing songs and rethink them for the stage. Especially. We've been performing a song off 'Hybrid Theory' called 'Pushing Me Away' live with just piano and vocals. It's one of those songs that got kind of lost in the shuffle among some of the more popular tracks but we revisited the arrangement and it's one of the highlights of our show right now."
Linkin Park's full UK tour, with support from Biffy Clyro, now runs:
Nottingham Arena (January 24)
Sheffield Arena (25)
Manchester MEN Arena (27)
London 02 Arena (28-29)

I’ve said a couple times that Mike Shinoda was the brains behind Linkin Park, but Chester was the reason they sold records. On the debut of Shinoda’s side project Fort Minor, that fact is never clearer. Not only does The Rising Tied, Shinoda’s first full-blown foray into hip-hop and rap, sou...
