03 06 2008 Nick Hogan, (Bollea) Wants Out of Jail, Less than a Month into his sentence; Ex Best Friend’s parents square off over Civil Suit in Regards to Injuries of Iraq Veteran John Graziano! Posted by: Rose in Huck Hogan, John Graziano, Linda Bollea, Nick Bollea, Nick Hogan, TMZ, Terry Bollea In a flurry of filings in the last few days, Nick Hogan (Bollea) is going to court to ask that his “jail time” be changed to house arrest as he states he is isolated in the medical unity of the county jail because of his age. Nick’s attorneys have filed for a hearing on this less than one month into Nick Hogan’s eight months sentence. Nick pled no contest to reckless driving which resulted in his once best friend, John Graziano, being in a permanent semi-conscious condition. The judge denied that request today and we have that court order for you to download as well. TMZ reported yesterday that Nick and his parents, Huck Hogan (Terry Bollea) and his wife Linda filed their response to the civil suit filed by the guardian of Graziano, filed a suit in March of this year. The Civil suit as one of our bloggers have stated is sure to be very emotional as has the criminal charges and linked taped conversations from the county jail between Nick and his father was released which appears to blame bad karma on John’s condition and not anything reckless on Nick’s part in the accident. The accident that left, John Graziano seriously and permanently in a semi-conscious state was a result of “street racing”, Mr. John Graziano’s guardian is also suing the other driver in this “street race”, Daniel Jacobs.
